Crafted of fast-heating natural aluminum, this Nordic Ware layer-cake pan features a round base embossed with a raised prism pattern. This textured design encourages air flow for optimal browning and crisping. Perfect on its own, you can also use two of these 9-inch cake pans to bake both halves of a double-layer cake in the same oven. Family-owned Nordic Ware is world famous for their traditional Scandinavian-style bakeware.
  • Made of formed aluminum with galvanized-steel rim
  • Season with vegetable shortening or line with parchment paper before each use
  • Avoid using metal utensils to prevent scratches; safe for use with silicone, nylon and wooden utensils
  • Fill pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow
  • Available in additional styles, sold separately
  • Wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly before each use
  • Hand wash only and dry immediately; avoid scourers and abrasive cleansers; not dishwasher safe
