Tips for Great Fried Pickles

Air frying pickles is an easy and healthier way to enjoy battered pickles without the mess and added oil of frying in a pan or deep fryer. Keep the batter from falling off your pickles by patting them dry first, so the batter sticks to them.

The air fryer keeps pickles crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Panko is crispier than most types of breading, ensuring your pickles will stay crunchy. Also, be sure to not crowd your pickles when placing them in the air fryer. This allows the air to circulate and allow each side to get crispy.

Serve with whichever dipping sauce is your favorite. Dunk your air-fried pickles in ranch dressing, Greek yogurt dip, burger sauce, honey mustard — the possibilities are endless. You can also enjoy these pickles on a hamburger or grilled veggie sandwich!
