Mushroom & Artichoke Galette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pie dough, defrosted according to package instructions
  • 6 oz goat cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1 jar Divina Caramelized Onion Jam
  • 1/2 cup Cucina & Amore Whole Grilled Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained
  • 1/4 cup World Market Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives, drained
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Kamarko Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp bagel seasoning
  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water, whisked
  • Fresh thyme for serving

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

In a pan, heat olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté over medium high heat until brown. Sprinkle with salt and keep aside.

Step 3

Roll out pie dough and spread softened goat cheese in an even layer, leaving a 2-inch border along the edges.

Step 4

Spread an even layer of caramelized onion jam, and top with artichokes, mushrooms and olives.

Step 5

Fold the edges over onto the filling. Brush edges with egg wash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.

Step 6

Bake for 45 minutes, until edges are golden. Garnish with fresh thyme and enjoy warm!
