No-Bake Cheesecake in Jam Jars Recipe
These individual cheesecake desserts will be the hit of your picnic or backyard BBQ! Choose your favorite jam or use a few different flavors for variety and color.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ground Nyåkers gingersnap cookie crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8-oz package of cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cup jam of choice
- 5 10-oz jars or 8 6-oz jars for smaller servings
Directions
Step 1
In a food processor blend together the Nyåkers cookies and melted butter until finely ground. Set aside.
Step 2
Divide the crust mixture between your jars and gently press the mixture into the bottom of each jar.
Step 3
Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks on medium-high speed, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
Step 4
Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Step 6
Evenly divide the cream cheese filling between the jars, then top with about 1/4 cup jam of your choice. We used Bonne Maman Strawberry Jam.
Step 7
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
