Why You’ll Love this Frozen Aperol Spritz Slushie

It’s like an adult slushie! This recipe takes the classic Aperol spritz cocktail and blends it into a gorgeous, almost too-pretty-to-drink frozen version of the Italian classic. Drink it with a straw or use a spoon! If the mixture is too icy, add more prosecco.

For a small party, double or triple the recipe! This recipe makes two generous cocktails, but you can easily scale the recipe up depending on how many guests you are hosting.
