Ingredients

  • 14 oz can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 chai tea bags
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 squares dark chocolate
  • Nutella, to garnish

Directions

Step 1

Stir coconut milk until smooth, and then pour into a deep saucepan. Add water and chai tea bags to the pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the chai flavor into the milk.

Step 2

Turn off the stove. Whisk in cocoa powder and dark chocolate. Set aside to cool.

Step 3

Spread a generous amount of Nutella on a plate. Flip martini glass over onto the plate, and then carefully press and twist the glass to coat the rim in Nutella. Repeat with additional glasses.

Step 4

Pour one third of the chai cocoa into a mason jar. Close the jar and shake until frothy. You can also use a frother if you have one.

Step 5

Pour remaining chai cocoa into prepared martini glasses, then pour on the frothy top. Garnish with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
