Ultimate S’mores Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk, any kind
- 1/4 cup S'mores Hot Cocoa mix, or classic hot cocoa
- 1/4 oz. Torani S'Mores syrup, if not using s'mores flavored cocoa
- 3 tbsp Torani Chocolate Hazelnut Syrup
- 6 Nyåker gingersnap cookies, finely crushed
- 4 Hammond’s Vanilla Bean Marshmallows
- 1 oz bourbon, optional
Directions
Step 1
Pour Torani chocolate syrup onto small plate for rimming your mug.
Step 2
Crush 4–6 Nyåker gingersnap cookies in a food processor or by another method. Add to a separate small plate.
Step 3
Rim mug in chocolate sauce, and then immediately coat chocolate with crushed cookies. Place mugs in freezer for 10 minutes to set your cookie rim.
Step 4
Heat milk in saucepan over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Whisk in cocoa powder until fully dissolved. Add bourbon and Torani syrup, if using.
Step 6
Remove chilled and rimmed mugs from the freezer. Pour in hot chocolate. Garnish with toasted marshmallows.
