Christmas Spiced Ginger & Whiskey Cocktail

Ingredients
Cocktail
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 2 oz. Belvoir Spiced Ginger Punch
- 1/2 oz. hot honey ginger simple syrup
- Sliced pear and cinnamon stick, for garnish
- 1–2 cocktail cherries
Hot Honey Ginger Simple Syrup:
- 1/2 cup Mike’s Hot Honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 in. piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
Directions
Step 1
To a small saucepan on medium heat, add hot honey and water until honey is fully dissolved.
Step 2
Add sliced ginger and change heat to low for a few minutes. Turn off heat and let simple syrup cool. Transfer simple syrup, including the ginger, to a sealed jar and store in the refrigerator for 1–2 weeks.
Step 3
In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, spiced ginger punch and simple syrup. Add ice and shake.
Step 4
Serve straight up or on the rocks, and garnish with sliced pear, a cinnamon stick and cocktail cherries of your choosing.
