White Chocolate Peppermint Latte Recipe
Give your morning coffee a merry makeover with sweet white chocolate and a touch of peppermint in this season-approved sip.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 2 tbsp Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark Baking Mix-Ins
- 2 Walker's Festive Shapes Shortbread Cookies
- 6 tbsp ground coffee
- 16 oz hot water
- 4 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Torani Peppermint Syrup
- 2 Ghirardelli Chocolate Peppermint Bark Squares, for garnish
- whipped cream, for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Melt 1/4 cup white chocolate chips and dip 2 Walkers Shortbread cookies into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark Baking Mix-Ins. Set in the freezer to cool.
Step 2
While cookies are cooling, heat water and scoop 6 tbsp of ground coffee into a French press.
Step 3
Once boiling, pour the hot water into the French press over the coffee grounds. Give it a stir, and let it sit for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Press down your French press and pour brewed coffee into a small sauce pot along with 4 tablespoons of white chocolate chips and peppermint syrup.
Step 5
Stir coffee until white chocolate chips are melted.
Step 6
Pour into your mugs and top with whipped cream, dipped shortbread cookies and a Ghiradelli Peppermint Bark Square.
